I am an international award-winning photographer based in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, I'm a parent of two Irish Dancers at the Open and Prizewinner levels, and I truly love watching my children dance, perform and compete. Our Irish Dance family of friends has become such an important part of our lives.
I have been photographing children and families since 2009, but recently I have been on a mission to merge my two passions and capture stunning, gorgeous imagery of Irish Dancers both in and out of costume. I believe I can create gorgeous and unique imagery and artwork that you will love to display on the walls in your home, and is a perfect way to remember your dancer's beautiful costumes and the achievements they earned while wearing them. Maybe it was the dress they were wearing when they moved up to Prelim, the costume they wore the first time they were on the podium or their first brand new custom-made dress. Whatever the costume means to you and your dancer, don't sell it until you have created beautiful photographs of your dancer in it.
I don’t just aim to make your dancer smile during their portrait session, but also to make you smile nearly every day after simply by glancing at the beautiful prints that will hang on your walls.

Over the years, I have received numerous awards for my photography including Silver Awards in WPPI’s First and Second Half Members Image Competitions in 2013, 2015, and 2016; Third Place in the Portrait: Children category in ShutterFest’s 2016 Image Competition and a Merit in ShutterFest’s 2015 competition, and acceptance into the General Collection in the 2016 PPA International Photographic Competition.
I photograph on location in Union and Mecklenburg counties in North Carolina, including Ballantyne, South Park, Blakeney, Marvin, Weddington, Matthews, Waxhaw, Myers Park, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Wesley Chapel, Fort Mill, Pineville, Piper Glen, Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, Eastover, Elizabeth, Barclay Downs, and Quail Hollow, but I am also available to photograph at Southern Region feiseanna near North and South Carolina, as well as many major competitions including the upcoming 2019 World Championships being held in Greensboro, NC.
